What Are The Shipping Costs?

We offer FREE shipping on all items

What Shipping Services Do You Use?

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, go out with PostNL, BEpost, DHL, United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers are given, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered. Please note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the current shipping rates.

**Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for International Orders to arrive.

How Long Does It Take To Ship?

We typically ship Monday-Friday and try to process orders within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will process the next business day. Sometimes due to demand orders can be delayed by increased volume during holidays and promotional weekends. Please be patient during these times as we work hard to get all orders out in a timely manner. During these times please allow 2-7 business days from the time your order is made for it to ship.

Domestic

The shipping department is not able to ship to PO Boxes. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

Packages being shipped through DHL will be delivered to the local post office for delivery.

Outside the EU

Please note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the current shipping rates.

The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus a €15 restocking fee. In the case of Klarna Pay Later payment method the Klarna invoice will be cancelled accordingly minus a €15 restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns

Please make sure you contact our support desk first via [email protected] to receive your necessary RMA-number and local return address. Without a RMA-number we can’t process your returned item.

Only items that are unused, unopened and undamaged can be sent back to us, and within 14 day of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a €15 restocking fee will be deducted for handling and inspecting the items you sent back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item (or items) back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy. Contact Us for Return Requests

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There Are Certain Situations Where Only Partial Refunds Are Granted: (If Applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, (partially) used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Products are automatically delivered on the date from the day you placed your first order, with FREE shipping for all Subscribe & Save products.

** Subscriptions are set for a minimum of three (3) deliveries before you are able to cancel. After your first subscription order ships, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees.

Cancel Your Subscription

In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to first login to your account or access it via your account. Click the Subscriptions tab and next to each of the products you are subscribed to you will see a Cancel button on the right if you would no longer like to receive this subscription product.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Special sale bundles cannot be partially refunded. If a refund is requested as per our 14-day money back guarantee policy for a special sale bundle, all the items in the bundle must be returned for a full refund.
